What should I do if I have an issue with my purchase?

Can I get a refund for my purchase?
Refunds are generally not available on digital assets after purchase. If you buy an open-source product, you are not eligible for a refund. Always review the product description and refund policy before buying.

How do I access my purchased clothing?
After your payment is processed, you can download your purchased clothing right through your email. This might take some minutes until 7 days. Open a ticket on discord if you don't get that mail.

How can I add my new clothes to my server?
Addonpacks: Drag and drop the 'clothingaddonpackname' folder into your FiveM resources folder.
Type 'ensure clothingaddonpackname' in your server.cfg
Restart and it will work. Too many packs might crash each other, put them together for the best performance.
Replace Pieces:
Put them in your clothingpack, there are many options listed on youtube or open a ticket on our discord for help.

Can I resell or share the assets I bought?
No, redistribution or resale of digital assets is strictly prohibited unless the license or seller specifically allows it. Please respect the creator’s terms and licenses. Reselling and sharing will have law consequences.

Why don't you answer to my email?
DON'T send email! They sometimes appear in the spam folder and are left unseen. Please always open a discord ticket!

What does "optimized" mean in the description of a clothingpack or piece?
Optimized clothing is better for your server performance, has a smaller size but looks a bit blurry.

Can I edit your clothing and make a new logo on it by myself?
No, it is forbidden. Open a ticket on my discord server if you want something changed!
